Job summary

GRS Link seeks a Project Manager to lead underground utilities projects (sewer, stormwater and deep excavation) in Dubai. You will oversee delivery from pre-construction to handover, managing programme, budget, quality and HSE while coordinating with subcontractors and trenchless specialists.

The role requires around 15 years of experience, with UAE/GCC contractor background in sewer/stormwater networks, hands-on deep excavation, shoring, dewatering and trenchless methods, plus FIDIC claims and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Around 15 years of experience with PM-level responsibility on underground utilities.
• UAE or GCC experience on sewer, stormwater or water networks with a contractor.
• FIDIC claims and EOT experience.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Our client, an established UAE contractor specialising in underground utilities, is hiring a Project Manager to lead sewer, stormwater and deep excavation projects in Dubai.

You will:

• Lead delivery from pre-construction to handover: programme, budget, quality and HSE
• Manage FIDIC contract administration, variations, claims and EOT
• Lead authority NOC strategy and approvals (DM, RTA, DEWA and others)
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and trenchless specialists

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Around 15 years’ experience, including PM-level responsibility on underground utilities (experienced Construction Managers ready to step up are welcome to apply)
• UAE or GCC experience on sewer, stormwater or water networks with a contractor
• Hands‑on deep excavation, shoring, dewatering and trenchless (microtunnelling, pipe jacking, NDRC)
• FIDIC claims and EOT experience
