Job summary

MEPTEQ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead MEP and fit-out projects in the UAE. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will manage schedules, resources, procurement, and site activities while maintaining quality, safety, and on-time completion in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP and fit-out projects.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, method statements and project requirements.
• Strong awareness of health, safety and environment standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute MEP and fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timely completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, civil, and other trades.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and HSE standards.
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Manage inspections, testing & commissioning, snagging, and project handover.
• Identify project risks and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
