Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Project Manager – MEP for UAE-based outsourced assignments. The role centers on leading and coordinating all MEP disciplines to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery in line with drawings and safety standards.

The candidate will oversee multi-discipline coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP engineering.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Experience coordinating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate MEP projects from commencement through completion.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – MEP to join one of our reputed clients in the UAE on an

outsourced basis. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating MEP projects, ensuring smooth

project execution, timely completion, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications and safety

requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate MEP projects from commencement through completion.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP project activities at site.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
• Ensure project works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Review and coordinate MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
• Coordinate HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP-related works as applicable to the project.
• Ensure proper coordination between different MEP disciplines and other site activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
• Identify and resolve technical, coordination, and site-related issues affecting project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining project activities within the approved budget.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project standards, and UAE health and safety requirements.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding project progress and pending issues.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities as required.
• For projects involving HVAC works, ensure proper coordination and execution of HVAC installation and related MEP activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a

related technical field.

• Additional qualifications or certifications in MEP Project Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Experience in managing and coordinating MEP projects is mandatory.
• Experience in HVAC projects / HVAC installation works will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and understand MEP drawings is required.
• Candidates with strong experience in site coordination, project execution, and team management will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.
