Job summary

UMI in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Operations Manager to lead a project team and ensure alignment with client and company objectives on fit-out/interior projects.

The role requires extensive MEP site-based project management experience and proven ability to manage large-scale projects with strong leadership and coordination skills. An attractive package and immediate joining preference are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MEP site-based project management of fit-out/interior projects.
• You must have managed large-scale projects and have excellent management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading a project team to ensure that the Client's and the Company's objectives in undertaking the project are achieved.
• Implementation of the project's quality and safety plans, and ensuring the safety of all personnel and property.
• Liaising and coordinating with Sub Contractors and/or suppliers of specialized services or equipment.
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager to secure suitably skilled/qualified personnel, plant, equipment, and other resources required for the project.
