Job summary

BILT MIDDLE EAST LLC (BILT) is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager in Dubai to oversee design and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems on commercial and industrial projects.

The role requires coordinating with architects and engineering teams, managing schedules, budgets and resources, and leading site inspections to ensure delivery on time and within budget while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience in managing large-scale commercial or industrial MEP projects is essential.
