MIRA Construction L.L.C seeks an experienced MEP Manager to oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on our construction sites in Dubai. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet drawings, specs, safety, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MEP within construction, strong leadership, and wide knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of MEP experience in construction.
• Experience managing MEP for large-scale building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, ELV systems.
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, specs, planning, and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review MEP drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, procurement, and installation activities.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate clashes between MEP and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and applicable standards.
• Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, and final project handover.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely completion of all MEP works.
