Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Site Execution Lead for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will oversee on-site civil, MEP, joinery, gypsum, and finishing works, coordinating closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver quality handovers.

We require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–8+ years of progressive project management experience in interior fit-out. Strong knowledge of HSE guidelines and local approvals is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 to 8+ years in interior fit-out or joinery projects.
• Proven experience managing schedules, execution plans, and budgets.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on-site.

Responsibilities

Job description

1. Develop detailed project schedules, execution plans, and budgets using tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.

2. Site Execution: Supervise on-site civil, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), joinery, gypsum, and finishing works.

3. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, brand representatives, and subcontractors.

4. Cost & Quality Control: Monitor expenditures, manage variations, enforce QA/QC procedures, and drive defect-free handovers.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site operations meet local health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines alongside local authority approvals. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Interior Design.
