Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience in MEP contracting, with UAE project delivery.
• Proven leadership of large-scale, complex MEP projects with full accountability for programme, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders across all lifecycle stages.
• Strong background taking over mobilised projects, assessing health, implementing improvements, mitigating risks, driving completion.
• Experience in a Tier 1 MEP contracting environment delivering building, residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality or infrastructure in UAE/GCC.

Take full ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of all MEP works, ensuring project objectives are achieved in line with programme, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction requirements.

Lead, motivate, and coordinate the project team, specialist subcontractors, and direct workforce to deliver approved milestones, operational targets, and commercial objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the client, consultant, main contractor, regulatory authorities, subcontractors, and internal business functions.

Oversee and drive all phases of project delivery, including engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning, through a fully integrated project execution strategy.

Provide accurate and timely project reporting, proactively identify risks and challenges, and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans to safeguard project performance, quality standards, budget, and delivery commitments.

Experience & Background

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience within the MEP contracting industry, including significant UAE project delivery experience and a demonstrable track record in senior project leadership positions.
• Proven ability to successfully lead and deliver large-scale, complex, and operationally active MEP projects, with full accountability for programme, commercial performance, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, specialist subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Strong background in taking over already-mobilised projects, assessing project health, implementing performance improvements, mitigating risks, and driving projects to successful completion.
• Experience within a Tier 1 MEP contracting environment is highly preferred, with a proven record of delivering major building, residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or infrastructure developments in the UAE and GCC region.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing high-value projects, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and achieving project objectives under demanding programme and commercial constraints.
