Redfish seeks an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects in Abu Dhabi. The role demands a proven track record from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with design teams and contractors, managing procurement, installation, commissioning, reporting, site inspections, and risk management to mitigate challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of MEP project management experience.
• 7+ years UAE experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP design, installation, testing, commissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules under pressure.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP projects ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to plan project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.

• - Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects.
• - Preferably past 7 years in the UAE.
• - Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• - Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively under pressure.
• - Familiarity with UAE construction standards, regulations, and safety codes.
• - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
