Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead delivery of complex projects in the UAE from award to handover.

You will manage multi-discipline teams, control budgets and schedules, ensure QA/QC, safety, and contractual compliance, and maintain strong client and consultant relations across the GCC.

PMP preferred; Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting and project management.
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of MEP contracts from award to handover.
• Manage budgets, cash flow and profitability.
• Lead site planning and QA/QC for coordinated delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants and main contractors.
• Monitor progress against master schedule and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality and safety requirements.

Job description

To lead and manage the delivery of MEP contracting projects from award through to handover ensuring quality cost schedule and safety targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution across mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes
• Develop and control project budgets, cash flow and profitability
• Lead site technical planning and QA QC teams for coordinated delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and main contractors
• Monitor progress against the master schedule and drive corrective actions
• Ensure full compliance with contractual, quality and safety requirements

20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting, including project management roles. Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP packages end-to-end. Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management. Excellent leadership skills across multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; PMP preferred.
