The role focuses on managing project execution from mobilization through testing and handover while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities from project mobilization to final handover
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works
• Ensure MEP installations comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor construction progress, manpower allocation, materials, and productivity across project sites
• Resolve coordination issues between MEP works and civil or architectural construction activities
• Ensure strict compliance with QA QC procedures, safety policies, and HSE regulations
• Supervise testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities for all MEP systems
• Support project planning, cost control, and variation management related to MEP works
• Prepare construction progress reports and participate in client and consultant coordination meetings
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and international engineering standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
