Job summary

Qataryello seeks a senior professional to lead luxury villa and premium office projects from inception to completion in the UAE. You will coordinate consultants, architects, designers and contractors, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

You will manage approvals with authorities, monitor risks and quality, and report progress to senior leadership. A strong track record in high-end projects and UAE experience are essential.

Qualifications

• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
• Experience delivering high-end luxury villas, premium office fit-outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of luxury villa and premium corporate office projects from inception to completion.
• Manage approvals with government authorities and statutory bodies.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, designers and contractors through the project lifecycle.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and project risks to ensure delivery.
• Review designs and submissions to maintain objectives and quality standards.
• Chair project meetings and provide progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, tender evaluations and consultant/contractor performance.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and execution.
• Support expansion into larger real estate and international development.
