Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager – Client Representative for luxury real estate developments in Dubai. You will oversee the full lifecycle and protect the client’s interests.

Lead coordination among consultants and contractors, enforce luxury quality standards, review engineering submissions and shop drawings, manage timelines, variations and contractual matters to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 12–18 years total experience in construction/real estate.
• Proven luxury/high-end development project experience.
• Deep understanding of contracts, variations, claims and commercial controls.
• UAE experience mandatory; PMP and FIDIC exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead coordination between consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee construction execution to ensure quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Review and approve engineering submissions, shop drawings and material submittals.

Project Manager – Luxury Development - Client Representative Developer Role

About the Position:

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager – Client Representative to oversee premium luxury real estate developments and protect the client’s interests throughout the full project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for:

• Senior Project Managers from reputed main contractors seeking to transition into a client-side role with strong exposure to luxury/high-end developments.
• Proven Client-side Project Managers from reputed real estate developers with experience managing high-value luxury projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead coordination between consultants contractors and internal stakeholders
• Oversee construction execution to ensure quality safety and compliance standards
• Review and approve engineering submissions shop drawings and material submittals
• Monitor project progress risks and timelines ensuring on-time delivery
• Manage variations claims and contractual matters in line with project objectives
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality benchmarks aligned with luxury standards

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or equivalent
• 12–18 years of total experience in the construction/real estate sector
• Strong experience in luxury villas premium residential towers luxury hotels or upscale mixed-use developments
• Deep understanding of contracts variations claims and commercial controls
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• UAE experience is mandatory

Preferred:

• PMP certification
• Experience working with leading UAE developers
• Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC exposure preferred)
