Our well-established client who is based in Dubai is seeking experienced Project Manager to join their team. Specialising in interior fit-out, retail displays, and permanent fixtures, the company delivers high-quality environments for global brands through its in-house design and production capabilities. With a strong technical foundation and a commitment to excellence, this business is known for producing impactful branded spaces across the region.

Role Summary

Your role will be to lead the successful delivery of high-impact projects from concept to completion. You will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments, including design, production, and estimating, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
• Develop and manage detailed project plans
• Translate technical drawings and client briefs into actionable steps
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Lead technical discussions and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations professionally

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Lead internal teams across departments
• Delegate tasks and ensure collaboration across functions
• Motivate and support team members to drive project success

Budget, Schedule & Quality Control

• Manage project budgets and material planning
• Track costs and timelines, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Enforce quality control standards and maintain documentation

Project Close-Out

• Oversee handover and ensure client satisfaction
• Conduct post-project evaluations and complete administrative close-out

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in interior fit-out, retail displays, or permanent fixtures
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Experience in companies with in-house production is a strong advantage
• PMP certification or equivalent is beneficial
• Proficient in project management tools/software
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
