Apt Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in the Construction Contracting and Facilities Industries to join our clients dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee a variety of projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet the highest quality standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management from initiation through to completion while working closely with clients contractors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing project plans schedules and budgets
• Leading project meetings and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders
• Overseeing the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on track
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements
