Job summary

CRCEG Middle East Contracting in Dubai seeks a senior Project Manager to lead site construction activities, coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet schedules and quality standards.

You will oversee planning, risk management, and cost control, while working with the Dubai authorities and the on-site team to deliver high-quality building works on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8–10+ years of building construction experience.
• G+Unlimited classification certificate preferred.
• Experience with Dubai DM requirements and approvals is a plus.
• Strong coordination with consultants, clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the organization, implementation, and management of projects.

HIRING: Project Manager – For ConstructionCompany

Key Responsibilities

1. 1.Project Management Take overall responsibility for the organization, implementation, andmanagement of projects, ensuring that projects are completed in accordance withcontractual requirements.
2. 2.Construction Management Manage on-site construction activities, coordinate civil, building, andother related works, and ensure that construction is carried out in accordancewith approved drawings, specifications, and the project schedule.
3. 3.Project Planning & Scheduling Develop and implement project execution schedules, monitor projectprogress, identify delays or potential issues, and take appropriate correctiveactions.
4. 4.Cost Control Work closely with the Commercial / Quantity Surveying (QS) Team tocontrol project costs, including materials, manpower, subcontractors, and otherproject-related expenses.
5. 5.Subcontractor Management Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring that their works arecompleted in accordance with contractual requirements, project schedules,quality standards, and site requirements.
6. 6.Quality Management Ensure that construction works comply with project quality requirements,approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards. Addressand resolve site quality issues in a timely manner.
7. 7.Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Work closely with the HSE Team to implement health, safety, andenvironmental requirements and ensure that site activities comply withapplicable safety regulations.
8. 8.Consultant & Client Coordination Coordinate with Consultants, Clients, Subcontractors, and other projectstakeholders to resolve technical, construction, and project-related issues.
9. 9.Authority Coordination Coordinate, where required, with relevant Dubai authorities, includingDubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Electricity and WaterAuthority (DEWA), Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), and DDA DubaiDevelopment Authorities, DCM Dubai Community Management /Dubai Holding and otherrelevant authorities for approvals, inspections, and project requirements.
10. 10.Technical Coordination Coordinate with the Design Team, Site Engineers, and other technicalpersonnel to resolve drawing, technical, design, and construction-relatedissues.
11. 11.Project Progress Reporting Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management covering projectprogress, cost, quality, construction issues, risks, and overall projectstatus.
12. 12.Contract Management Assist in managing contract execution and monitor Variations, Extensionof Time (EOT), Claims, and other contractual matters.
13. 13.Team Management Organize and coordinate the project team and effectively allocate andmanage the work of engineers, site personnel, and other project staff.
14. 14.Risk Management Identify project risks related to schedule, cost, quality, construction,and contractual matters, and develop appropriate mitigation and correctivemeasures.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. 1.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering ora related engineering discipline.
2. 2.Minimum 8–10 years+ ofexperience in building construction.
3. 3.Proven hands-on experience in siteconstruction and project management.
4. 4.Experience with Dubai Municipality (DM)requirements and Dubai building project approval procedures is preferred.
5. 5.Strong experience in coordinating withConsultants, Clients, and Subcontractors.
6. 6.Strong skills in project planning, costcontrol, team management, and construction coordination.
7. 7.Good English communication skills, bothwritten and verbal.
8. 8.Previous experience in buildingconstruction projects in Dubai is required/preferred.
9. 9.Certificate requirement: Must have a G+Unlimited classification certificate.
10. Candidates must have hands-on experience inbuilding construction and site execution. Candidates with only planning,estimation, or QS experience will not be considered.
