Job summary

STG Contracting and Building Works LLC in the UAE seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver complex civil construction projects. You will review designs, monitor execution, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations while liaising with clients, consultants and authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 8–15 years in UAE construction, and possesses a Dubai Municipality License, SOE Card and UAE driving license; proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in civil construction project management in the UAE.
• Valid Dubai Municipality License, SOE Card and UAE Driving License.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Plan coordinate and manage all phases of civil construction projects including design review execution monitoring and delivery Ensure all works comply with strong Dubai Municipality regulations strong building codes and project specifications Liaise with clients consultants subcontractors and authorities to ensure smooth project progress Oversee project budgets cost control and prepare periodic progress reports Conduct risk assessments implement quality assurance measures and ensure timely completion of projects Manage project resources including manpower equipment and materials Supervise site teams providing technical guidance and resolving engineering issues as they arise Monitor health safety and environmental compliance on all project sites Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and submit project status updates Ensure proper documentation permits and approvals from relevant authorities

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8–15 years of experience in civil construction project management within the UAE. Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality License, SOE Card and UAE Driving License. Proven track record of managing large-scale civil construction projects from the scratch. Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, standards, and authority approval procedures. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD). Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
