Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Project Manager for civil construction in the Dubai area. You will plan, manage, and monitor projects from mobilization through handover, coordinating site activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and proven PM experience, with strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specs, contracts, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specs, contracts, and project controls.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project documents and prepare cost estimates and quotes/tenders.
• Plan, manage, and monitor projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and progress against planned targets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project costs, variations, procurement requirements, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct and participate in progress meetings and prepare regular project status reports.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements, HSE standards, and applicable regulations.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, inspections, testing, and final handover.
