Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of total experience, including minimum UAE experience, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to handover while meeting quality, cost, and time objectives.

You will lead planning, scheduling, and coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensure cost control and risk management,

• Total experience: 10+ years in construction project management.
• UAE experience: 3+ years in UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion in compliance with contract specifications and UAE regulations.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure effective cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with local authority standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Conduct regular site meetings and report project status to senior management.
• Ensure timely approvals, inspections, and handover documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion in compliance with contract specifications and UAE regulations
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and progress reports
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure effective cost control, resource allocation, and risk management

Experience Requirements

• Total Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction project management

Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Mandatory or strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of project planning and control techniques

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience with planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6 / MS Project) preferred
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and standards
