Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a senior Site Operations Leader with 15+ years in civil construction to direct day-to-day site activities across civil, structural, architectural and MEP interfaces in the UAE.

You will manage shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, look-ahead programs, cost control and safety compliance while coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (attested with equivalency & MOFA).
• 15+ years in civil construction.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Master’s in Construction Project Management is preferred.
• Registered Civil Engineer with UAE authority; valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations ensuring seamless execution across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP interface packages.
• Review and expedite shop drawings, technical queries, RFIs, and material submittals with engineering consultants.
• Drive weekly and monthly look-ahead programs ensuring resources match baseline demands.
• Verify work progress and support the commercial team with site variations.
• Enforce compliance with project specifications, ITPs, and approved method statements.
• Promote and enforce site safety protocols and UAE HSE compliance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports detailing status, milestones, and challenges.
• Chair weekly site coordination meetings and manage subcontractor performance against milestones.

Job description

• Site Operations Leadership Direct day-to-day site operations ensuring seamless execution across civil structural architectural and MEP interface packages


• Engineering Submittal Coordination Review and expedite shop drawings technical queries RFI logs and material submittals with engineering consultants


• Schedule Resource Management Drive weekly and monthly look-ahead programs ensuring plant material and labor resources match baseline demands


• Cost Control Measurement Verify work progress review interim subcontractor certificates and support the commercial team with site variations


• Quality Assurance Enforcement Enforce strict compliance with project specifications approved method statements and inspection test plans ITPs


• Health Safety Compliance Promote and enforce site safety protocols conduct safety walkthroughs and ensure statutory UAE HSE compliance


• Progress Reporting Prepare accurate daily weekly and monthly progress reports detailing physical status milestones and challenges


• Subcontractor Vendor Management Chair weekly site coordination meetings resolve inter-trade clashes and hold subcontractors accountable to milestone commitments

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested with equivalency & MOFA); 15+ years in civil construction.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification; Master’s in Construction Project Management.

Professional Licenses / Certifications: Registered Civil Engineer with relevant UAE authority; Valid UAE Driving License.

Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience: 15–20 years in civil contracting with Tier-1 contractors in UAE/GCC delivering luxury villas, gated communities, and high‑rise structures.
