Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager - Building Projects to lead the delivery of large-scale construction initiatives, ensuring on-time completion within approved budget, quality and safety standards. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in building construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale building projects.
• Proven UAE/GCC experience with major building projects.
• Contractor-side experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of building construction projects from mobilization to completion and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans and construction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and regulations.
• Manage project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Oversee construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure effective implementation of QA/QC and HSE standards.
