Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager with 10–15 years of construction experience, including 3–5 years in a Project Manager role.

Key Qualifications

• UAE contracting experience, strong project delivery capabilities, and experience managing stakeholders, budgets, schedules, quality, and subcontractors.
• High‑rise building project experience (preferred).
• Strong commercial, contractual, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience within the contracting construction industry.
• Experience managing projects where the Client, Consultant and Developer are independent entities.
• Strong background in the delivery of building construction projects (high‑rise).
• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects from inception through completion and handover.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Minimum 10–15 years of overall experience in the construction industry.
• UAE experience mandatory; Dubai project experience a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with all project stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methodologies, cost control, procurement, contract administration, risk management, and project execution.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.

Education and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
