Job summary

CONNECT PLUS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major high-rise residential development in Dubai.

The role requires overseeing construction, coordinating consultants and contractors, and driving on-site execution to completion. The ideal candidate has Civil Engineering background, 12–15+ years in UAE, proven tall-building experience, and strong leadership to manage approvals, quality and handover processes.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of construction/project management experience.
• Strong UAE/Dubai experience.
• Proven experience with high-rise residential projects (25–30+ storeys).
• Full lifecycle from construction to handover.
• Immediate availability preferred (short notice).

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery from construction through completion and handover.
