Rakhat Construction is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in High Rise Building Construction to lead premier residential projects across Dubai. You will oversee the full lifecycle from concept through handover and report directly to the General Manager, coordinating multiple teams to meet demanding milestones.

Proven ability to work under pressure, immediate availability, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end residential construction in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office Suite; PMP/RICS/CIOB certificates are a plus.
• Immediate availability is mandatory; candidates with no notice period will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of high rise building construction, including procurement, site supervision, subcontractor management, and final handover.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai regulatory requirements, project specifications, and luxury-grade material standards through inspections and quality control.
• Lead daily coordination with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to address challenges and minimize risks.
• Utilize Primavera or MS Project for progress tracking, reporting, and corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Conduct HSE audits, cost reviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution and delivery excellence.
