• Strong understanding of real estate development processes (planning, design, approvals, sales cycle, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Asana, Trello), and presentation tools.
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Design, Finance, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, government entities, brokers).
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, document action points, and follow up with relevant teams.
• Provide management with timely and accurate updates on project milestones, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate the flow of information and documentation across multiple teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Support in resolving inter-departmental issues and escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports for internal use and leadership reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation required for internal or external communication.
