Job description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to join our Marketing team to lead and coordinate our real estate development projects for the UAE market.

In this role you will be responsible for managing cross‑functional initiatives ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and overseeing everything related to the project from website updates and marketing materials to printed collateral and day‑to‑day operational tasks.

This is a full‑time office‑based role with a working schedule of Monday‑Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. The office is located in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate our construction projects in the UAE market.
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain project‑related assets including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Management.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantage.
• Previous experience coordinating digital, marketing, or cross‑functional projects is a plus.
