Caliberly is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to support planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects in the UAE. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, and supporting technical and operational aspects of project delivery.

The successful candidate will review plans, monitor progress, supervise site activities, and maintain essential project documentation, ensuring compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in project engineering within real estate or construction industries.
• Experience in UAE-based projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction and project management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & ExecutionAssist in planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and development projects.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Site Coordination & SupervisionCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Technical Support & DocumentationReview technical drawings and provide engineering support.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist in material approvals and technical submittals.
• Ensure proper documentation for approvals and audits.
• Quality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to approved standards.
• Support quality control processes and inspections.
• Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Support communication between project stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates.

Qualifications & Experience
