Job summary

USF Demolition Works LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for demolition and major civil projects in the UAE. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance on diverse sites, from planning through handover.

Key requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, 5–10 years UAE PM experience, and strong knowledge of demolition methods, regulations, and Primavera P6/MS Project. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5–10 years UAE experience as Project Manager in demolition/major civil works.
• Experience managing multiple demolition projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of demolition methods, temporary works and heavy equipment.
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations and HSE requirements.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage demolition projects from project award through final handover.
• Plan, organize and monitor all project activities to ensure completion within schedule and budget.
• Lead project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, HSE officers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, work programs, manpower deployment and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, Trakhees and other relevant authorities for approvals and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, HSE standards and approved method statements.
• Review project drawings, demolition methodologies, risk assessments and work schedules before execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions whenever required.
• Control project costs, variations, procurement activities and material utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to avoid project delays.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support tendering and project planning activities whenever required.
• Ensure timely project close‑out documentation and final handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in demolition and/or major civil construction projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple demolition projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of demolition methodologies, structural dismantling, temporary works and heavy equipment operations.
• Thorough understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations, demolition permits, authority approvals and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, budgeting and organizational skills.
• Experience managing project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high‑rise, commercial, industrial and villa demolition projects.
• Strong contract administration and commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Risk management and project planning expertise.
• Excellent negotiation and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera P6 and MS Project.
