Job summary

A M GLOBAL ON DEMAND LABORS SUPPLY is seeking an experienced Civil/Project Manager in the UAE to oversee civil construction and fit-out projects from planning to handover. You will review drawings, coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules and ensure quality standards across sites.

Candidate must have 10+ years UAE experience, valid UAE driving license, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 10 years UAE experience in construction/project management.
• Proven track record in Civil Construction and Fit-Out projects.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong project execution, site management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction and fit-out projects from planning through handover.
• Oversee day-to-day project and site activities to ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Review architectural, civil and fit-out drawings and specs.
• Use AutoCAD for reviewing drawings, layouts and technical requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials and resources.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Identify delays and issues and coordinate solutions.
• Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction quality and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate project completion, snagging, rectification and final handover.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Review and understand architectural, civil and fit-out drawings and specifications.
• Use AutoCAD for reviewing drawings, layouts and project-related technical requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials and resources.
• Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and required quality standards.
• Identify project delays, technical issues and site challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct project site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction quality and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate project completion, snagging, rectification and final handover.
