Job summary

Heilbronn seeks a qualified Civil Engineer with strong construction site experience to oversee daily site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of UAE construction experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and a solid understanding of local regulations and standards. On-site work in Dubai is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Primavera P6 is a plus.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination challenges.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant UAE regulations.
• Assist with material inspections, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Support project planning, cost control, and timely project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site supervision.
• Experience in building construction; high-rise or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
