Qualifications

• Dubai G+4 or G+12 approval/licence is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience using AutoCAD.
• Proven experience supervising construction activities and handover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, safety regs, and project requirements through handover.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for timely completion.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, survey reports, and related documents.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of construction materials per specs and standards.
• Identify risks and implement preventive measures to minimise delays and costs.
• Monitor activities across project stages and allocate site resources.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Civil with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction projects in the UAE, particularly Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating site operations, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines.
