Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting a Landscape & Swimming Pool Engineer for a Dubai-based luxury landscaping and pool contractor. The position is full-time and located in Dubai, UAE, with responsibilities spanning site execution, excavation, concrete works, waterproofing, finishes, hardscape, irrigation and pool plumbing.

You will review drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and plan daily activities to meet project timelines while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Experience in landscape, hardscape, swimming-pool construction, waterproofing, irrigation and pool MEP/plumbing coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site execution of landscaping and swimming-pool works including excavation, concrete, waterproofing, finishes, hardscape, irrigation and pool plumbing.
• Review architectural, structural, landscape and MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Plan daily/weekly activities and monitor manpower, materials, quality, progress and project timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate method statements, RFIs, WIRs/MIRs, material submittals and site reports, ensuring quality, safety and authority compliance.

• Job Description: Manage site execution of landscaping and swimming-pool works, including excavation, concrete, waterproofing, finishes, hardscape, irrigation and pool plumbing.
• Review architectural, structural, landscape and MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Plan daily/weekly activities and monitor manpower, materials, quality, progress and project timelines.

• Male, 40 years old or below, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Relevant experience in landscape, hardscape, swimming-pool construction, waterproofing, irrigation, and pool MEP/plumbing coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and civil/site engineering tools, with good knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory; UAE Society of Engineers/DM approval is an advantage.
