Job summary

Royal Infrastructure Azizi Developments seeks an experienced Project Director Infrastructure Works to lead major infrastructure projects in the UAE from planning to handover. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams across civil works, roads, bridges, utilities and earthworks, ensuring delivery within time, budget, quality and HSE standards.

The role requires a strong leadership profile, extensive construction management experience, and professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• PMP, APM Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned infrastructure projects.
• Establish project execution strategies objectives priorities and delivery plans.
• Lead the project management team and provide clear direction to all departments.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved within approved budget programme quality and HSE requirements.
• Establish project organization structures roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor overall project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Lead project mobilization construction execution and demobilisation/handover.
• Coordinate between engineering construction commercial procurement QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Provide strategic oversight of external works and civil works to align with project requirements.

Job Profile:

Royal Infrastructure Azizi Developments is an Azizi group infrastructure/construction entity supporting the delivery of large-scale development projects in Dubai. The company forms part of Azizis vertically integrated construction ecosystem working alongside Gardinia Contracting and other specialist group companies. Its activities are relevant to civil infrastructure site development and construction operations.

Project Director Infrastructure Works is responsible for the overall leadership management and successful delivery of major infrastructure projects from planning and mobilization through construction testing commissioning and handover. The position provides strategic and operational leadership across civil infrastructure roads bridges drainage utilities earthworks ground improvement piling shoring marine and associated infrastructure works. The Project Director is accountable for project cost programme quality HSE resources commercial performance client relationships subcontractors consultants and overall project delivery. The role requires strong leadership technical understanding and commercial awareness with the ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and complex construction interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management

Job Requirement:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction engineering.

Professional qualifications in Project Management / Construction Management are desirable.

PMP APM Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification would be an advantage. Experience

20 years of experience in civil/infrastructure construction.

Minimum 810 years in senior management / project leadership roles.

Proven experience as Project Director Project Manager Construction Director or equivalent.

Experience managing major infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC is highly desirable.

Experience managing projects with significant civil earthworks utilities and structural components.
