Job summary

Royal Infrastructure Azizi Developments seeks an experienced Project Director Infrastructure Works to lead major infrastructure projects in the UAE from planning to handover. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams across civil works, roads, bridges, utilities and earthworks, ensuring delivery within time, budget, quality and HSE standards.

The role requires a strong leadership profile, extensive construction management experience, and professional accreditation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
PMP, APM Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned infrastructure projects.
Establish project execution strategies objectives priorities and delivery plans.
Lead the project management team and provide clear direction to all departments.
Ensure project objectives are achieved within approved budget programme quality and HSE requirements.
Establish project organization structures roles and responsibilities.
Monitor overall project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Lead project mobilization construction execution and demobilisation/handover.
Coordinate between engineering construction commercial procurement QA/QC and HSE teams.
Provide strategic oversight of external works and civil works to align with project requirements.
