Job summary

Royal Infra Contracting LLC, the infrastructure arm of Azizi Developments, seeks a Construction Manager to lead roads, bridges, utilities, and drainage projects in Dubai, UAE. You will manage site operations, teams, and subcontractors, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 15+ years in construction with 5–7 years in senior site leadership, and a PMP credential is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure construction activities across roads, bridges, utilities, and drainage.
• Oversee site operations, construction teams, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with UAE authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and look-ahead programmes.
• Promote safety culture and ensure QA/QC across sites.
