Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC seeks a seasoned Project Operational Leader to direct all civil and infrastructure execution from inception through testing, commissioning and final handover on luxury villa, gated community and high-rise projects in the UAE.

You will govern constructability, value engineering, budget, schedule (Primavera P6), quality (ISO 9001) and UAE HSE compliance, while maintaining client and consultant relations with authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, attested with equivalency & MOFA.
• 20+ years of large-scale civil contracting experience.
• Experience with Tier-1 main contractors in UAE/GCC.
• Professional licenses and registrations as Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of multi-package civil and infrastructure execution from inception through testing commissioning and final handover.
• Oversee constructability reviews, value engineering proposals, and complex technical resolutions across structural, civil, and architectural packages.
• Manage comprehensive project budgets, cash flows, commercial risk exposure, variations, and major claims under FIDIC contracts.
• Ensure project master schedules Primavera P6 are maintained, baseline milestones are achieved and proactive recovery strategies are deployed.
• Enforce full compliance with approved Project Quality Plans PQP ISO 9001 standards and contractual specifications.
• Champion a zero-harm site culture enforcing statutory UAE HSE regulations and corporate safety governance across all work fronts.
• Oversee contractual correspondence, commercial claims documentation, audit compliance, and statutory filings.
• Serve as the primary executive liaison with clients, engineering consultants, master developers and UAE government authorities.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; PMP, MRICS, or Fellow of ICE.

Professional Licenses / Certifications: Chartered Engineer or attested equivalent engineering registration; Valid UAE Driving License.

Required UAE / GCC Construction Experience: 20-25 years of civil contracting experience with Tier-1 main contractors in UAE/GCC handling luxury villas, gated communities, high-rise towers, and infrastructure.
