Job summary

4SPACE Design in Dubai seeks an organized Interior Design Project Coordinator to support high‑end hospitality, F&B, workplace, and residential projects. You will liaise with design, technical, and management teams, manage schedules, and maintain documentation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Interior Design and 3–5 years of relevant experience, UAE/GCC project exposure, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong English and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interior design projects from concept through design development, technical documentation, tender, and construction.
• Maintain project programmes, deliverable schedules, action trackers, and approval logs.
• Coordinate inputs between design, technical, FF&E, MEP, project management, and external consultants.
• Organise project meetings, prepare minutes, track decisions, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Monitor submissions, client approvals, material selections, samples, and design changes.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, drawing packages, and project documentation.
• Identify coordination gaps, delays, and risks and elevate them to the relevant project leader.
• Ensure project information is accurate, properly recorded, and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Support site coordination and respond to design‑related queries during construction.
• Help maintain 4SPACE’s quality, communication, and project‑delivery standards.

4SPACE Design is seeking an organised and proactive Interior Design Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of high‑end interior design projects across hospitality, F&B, workplace, commercial, and residential sectors.

This role connects the design team, technical team, project management team, clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong design understanding with excellent coordination, communication, and follow‑up skills.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior design project coordination.
• UAE or GCC project experience is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of interior design stages, technical drawings, materials, FF&E, and construction coordination.
• Strong organisation, follow‑up, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Confident written and spoken English.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project‑management platforms.
• Comfortable using digital tools and AI‑supported workflows for reporting, documentation, and coordination.
