Job summary

ADC is seeking a senior Lead Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. You will oversee scopes from initiation to handover, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and lead cross-disciplinary teams.

You will coordinate EPC activities, monitor risks, ensure adherence to HSE and contractual requirements, and report progress to clients and senior management. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery and execution of Oil & Gas EPC projects from project initiation through completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and oversee Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and other project activities.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and potential delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, HSE, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, project teams, and senior management.
• Review project performance, including cost, schedule, resources, and key performance indicators.
• Support contract administration, variation management, claims, and commercial matters as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Oil & Gas industry standards, company procedures, and UAE regulations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports and updates to management and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and overall project performance.
• Ensure proper project closeout, documentation, commissioning, and handover.
