Job summary

MMEC Mannesmann LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead mega FEED/EPC projects in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. The role requires 15+ years of FEED/EPC execution experience and 8+ years in a Project Manager position for projects valued over USD 1 billion.

• Minimum 5 years GCC experience preferred.

Job description

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the execution of FEED/EPC contracts within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar Project Manager role, managing mega Oil & Gas FEED/EPC projects valued at over USD 1 billion. Minimum 5 years of GCC experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing brownfield EPC projects involving modifications, tie-ins, shutdowns, revamps, and integration with existing facilities.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Strong knowledge of project management, cost control, planning and scheduling, risk management, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
• Previous experience with major Oil & Gas clients, preferably ADNOC, is highly desirable.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner – an advantage.
• Relevant HSE training or certifications, such as NEBOSH, are an advantage.
• Additional project controls, contract management, or risk management certifications are desirable.
