Job summary

Al Tariq in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery of complex capability development initiatives within Powertech. The role provides project control, coordination, and administrative support across the full lifecycle of projects.

You will ensure accurate project information, maintained schedules, and effective governance, documentation control, and reporting in a regulated, technical environment. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external partners is key.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of project coordination or support experience in defence, aerospace, or engineering projects.
• Familiarity with PMI project management methodologies.
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and baselines.
• Track progress, deviations, and prepare progress reports and presentations.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and status reports (cost, schedule, risk).
• Manage project documentation, classification, and configuration control.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
