Job summary

EDGE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of PowerTech projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful outcomes.

A PMP certification and engineering background are advantageous, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant, and timely results within a dynamic defence/tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to close.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools.
• SAP or other ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets and monitor performance.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for smooth execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Track progress and prepare regular reports on performance, risks, and issues.
• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future initiatives.
• Ensure projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and policies.
