Job summary

ACE EPC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support day-to-day activities, ensure timely progress within scope, schedule, and budget, and collaborate with project managers, site teams, clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, proven project support experience, strong planning and documentation skills, proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong planning, documentation, procurement coordination, and progress tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to support timely completion.
• Liaise with managers, site teams, clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to track requirements and actions.
• Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports, trackers and documentation.
• Monitor milestones, identify delays, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate material requests, procurement follow-ups, deliveries and resource requirements.
