Role Summary The Project Coordinator keeps the Operational Excellence department and the transformation programme running to cadence: governance forums, action and RAID tracking, documentation control in the process repository, scheduling of workshops, training and champion activity across facilities, and accurate, timely reporting to the Manager and governance bodies.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide the coordination, documentation and reporting support that allows a lean specialist team to operate across all facilities, making sure decisions are recorded, actions closed, documents controlled, sessions scheduled and stakeholders informed.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Health Administration or a related field.
DESIRED EDUCATION CAPM/PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project-coordination certification; proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel and PowerPoint; Arabic desirable.
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE At least 4 years experience in project coordination, PMO support or programme administration, including 2 years in healthcare or a multi-site organisation.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE Basic understanding of digitalisation, automation and AI concepts, sufficient to support technology-mapping workshops, track the automation/AI pipeline and coordinate transformation activities. Experience supporting a transformation programme with external partners; maintaining RAID logs, action trackers and governance packs; scheduling multi-facility training and workshops; working with process repositories or document control systems.
