Job summary

Mediclinic International seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Operational Excellence department and transformation programme across multiple facilities. You will manage governance forums, track RAID, control documents in the process repository, schedule workshops, and coordinate training and champion activities, delivering timely reports to the Manager and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Essential: 4+ years in project coordination or PMO support, with 2+ years in healthcare or multi-site settings.
• Desirable: CAPM/PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent; proficiency in MS 365, Excel and PowerPoint; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Coordination: Coordinate governance forums and action follow-ups.
• Programme & RAID Tracking: Maintain RAID logs, milestones and backlogs.
• Document & Repository Management: Control versions and ensure access.
• Workshop, Training & Engagement: Schedule workshops, trainings and collect feedback.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare status reports, dashboards, budgets, procurement support.
