The Process Excellence & Change Lead owns a portfolio of processes end-to-end: process discovery and mapping, root-cause analysis, future-state design, Lean / Six Sigma improvement, SOP and operating-model changes, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communication and training coordination, adoption measurement, post-implementation monitoring and benefits realisation. The role combines process engineering and change leadership so that every redesign is adopted and its value evidenced, moving each process through V1 baseline, V2 transformation and V3 final with continuous improvement.
To deliver measured, adopted improvement across an assigned portfolio of processes spanning journey phases and facilities: discovering and redesigning them with BPMN 2.0 and Lean / Six Sigma, embedding them across facilities with change-management discipline, and proving the value realised. Success is measured by process adherence and evidenced benefit.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Health Administration, Nursing/Clinical Sciences or a related field.
DESIRED EDUCATION: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred); BPMN 2.0 certification; Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent change‑management certification.
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 6 years' experience in process excellence, continuous improvement or business transformation, including 3 years delivering both process redesign and change adoption in a multi‑site healthcare or service environment.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Working understanding of digitalisation, automation and AI as they apply to operational processes, sufficient to map processes to platforms (technology mapping) and identify where digital, automation or AI change the future-state design. Experience owning a portfolio of processes end-to-end, from discovery and mapping, root‑cause analysis and future-state design through SOP and operating-model change, training coordination, adoption measurement and benefits realisation; BPMN 2.0 modelling in a BPM tool (Creatio, ARIS, Signavio); UAE healthcare operations, RCM or contact‑centre exposure; Arabic strongly preferred.
All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program. If you wish to grow with us, become a part of the Mediclinic Middle East Family.
