Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects and programs, collaborating across functions to maximize outcomes. You will advise on strategies to meet objectives while improving user sentiment.

You will coordinate with stakeholders from individual contributors to executives, with up to 80% on-site work in Dubai. The role requires 5+ years in program or project management, PMP/Prince2 certification, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, working with large projects and international customers.
• PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to influence and persuade.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for overall projects and program planning and documentation, and management of expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide timely and informative reporting on project progress and project success metrics.
• Link all activities within a program of work to maximize efficiency and reduce risks.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Take corrective actions where needed to achieve project deliverables to the project timeline.
• Have the confidence and capability to hold all stakeholders, including senior stakeholders accountable to project commitments.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Success Managers to define the best delivery strategy for your assigned accounts.
• Act as a key contact for facilitation and coordination of communication between internal departments.
• Promptly identify risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Contribute to the development of processes and best practices for project management execution for the project management team.
• Work may require to spend up to 80% of the time on-site.
