Overview
We are seeking a metrics- and results-oriented Program Manager to improve customer experience and business growth in Amazon Now. The role focuses on catalog enhancement, ensuring accurate product listings, optimizing search performance, and driving data‑driven initiatives to impact customer buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product listing is accurate for new and existing products
- Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to improve process reliability and operational effectiveness, reducing discrepancies
- Collaborate with vendors to set up efficient processes and SOPs
- Work with various internal teams to drive tools and process improvements affecting catalog management workflows
- Drive data‑oriented analysis and adoption of solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals
- Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities in catalog/CX of listed products and respond accordingly, engaging cross‑functional teams as necessary
- Analyze and share relevant metrics and best practices from executed initiatives across the organization; build dashboards and publish reports to guide business direction
- Contribute to Business Review with customer experience and data‑backed decisions
A Day in the Life
- Understand the guidelines and guardrails for listing products in Amazon Now and ensure they are met at all times
- Dive deep into systems and processes impacting customer buying decisions; identify root causes for product detail defects and work with category SMEs, WW and Tech teams to implement corrective‑preventive actions
- Analyze data and highlight gaps, recommending solutions and influencing inter‑functional decisions
Qualifications
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel (array and statistical formulas)
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL/DW concepts
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS
- Experience with back‑office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments
- Manager experience (required)
