Ideal Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management, project management, ecommerce operations, catalog management, customer experience, or a related field.
- Experience using data to influence business decisions and improve operational performance.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel, including array formulas and statistical formulas.
- Experience creating process improvements through automation, reporting, analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Good understanding of ecommerce catalog operations, product listing quality, search performance, and customer‑facing product information.
- Ability to work with vendors, category teams, technology teams, business stakeholders, and operational partners.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
