Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in the 3P -External Fulfillment organization in Dubai to focus on EF program & product strategy to drive growth & improve customer & seller experience in MENA. You will plan, implement, and evaluate products and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery experience and seller experience for our channels.

Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ideating and launching new programs and products on the roadmap and communicating

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
