Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking a Program Manager for the 3P - External Fulfillment org to drive EF program and product strategy, enabling growth and improving customer and seller experience in MENA.

You will plan, implement and evaluate products and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ideate and launch new programs on the roadmap, ensuring efficient delivery and strong seller experience.

As a PM you will be responsible for planning implementing and evaluating products and initiatives ensuring efficient and effective delivery experience and seller experience for our channels. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams ideating and launching new programs and products on the roadmap.

• 3 years of program or project management experience
• 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelors degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3 years of driving process improvements experience
